I want to initiate a healthy discussion.
Is there a conflict of interest if a caster, a panelist or a tournament organizer for an official Riot Valorant tournament, is also a coach/analyst of a competing team in the same league/tournament?
Citing an example would be here in the Philippines. Some casters/panelists are also coaches for the top competing teams in VCT Challengers. Some teams even get into the playoffs.
The discussion is, is this a norm for esports in other countries or other leagues?
