That's all the "nerf" does. They just make him fit his role. Nobody saw someone lock chamber and thought "Oh, a sentinel". Everyone viewed him as a duelist, this nerf will finally make him a sentinel.

Edit: Okay!, So that I stop getting notifications, I have been made aware of my mistakes, Chamber wasn't a duelist, the words "Offensive Sentinel" have been what I have been made aware of. My point still stands that he is becoming more of a traditional sentinel due to the changes made to his kit. Anyone who insulted me deserves to be fed mud and rocks <3.
