I bought the Champions 2021 skin for the Vandal and upgrade it all the way to the max. I got the finisher that was shown to be the champions bubble looking thing and then a brimstone that would appear in the read sky but I have never yet gotten the second part even after having have played with the skin for a while. Is there a specific condition that has to be met?

Riot might not like these ideas, but they sound cool in my head.
1. Being able to turn Radianite Points to Valorant Points and vice - versa.
2. Adding 1v1 as a gamemode which has ranked and unrated.
