Change op crosshairs color?

I was looking at the Araxys animations and the large cross hair seems to be different colours( red and purple ) but in the game when I scope its black. Is there any way to change it to red or purple?

desync and hitreg issues...some players suffers this much and 24/7.

when you start to care about this players devs ? your game unplayable with such issues. pls pay attention to this issue and these players who has this. stop hide it from the rest and act like you don't know or everything fine...
