I'll be honest, I didn't know this was a thing until literally just now which is why I'm sharing just in-case others are unaware.
If you are planting the spike and have your knife out, instead of stopping to equip your weapon and then restart the plant, you can just press 1 or 2 to 'ghost' swap to the weapon in that slot.
You will equip that weapon as soon as the spike has been planted.
Sorry if this is widely known already but I've only just come across this

Rito holding me hostage
Hello my team and I are stuck in agent select. Every agent is locked in and the time counter says 1:52. Alt f4 doesn't work, as soon as you restart the game you get back in loading screen. Can anybody send help pls. Or if a riot admin reads...

Knifing needs a buff
I really don't understand why for the entirety of the time I've played valorant. knifing has always been bad. I can never recall a time it was good or useful. like, look at this clip as an example.
