Chat not working

Does anyone know why half the games i get into, voice chat and text chat both dont work? it literally has ruined several of my competitive games and its been like this for a while.

Currently on a 20 game Lose streak on Comp and it's quite the experience...

So how to I start this... Well I hit Plat 1 this season, then just kept on playing and playing but I just suddenly kept on losing. Now I'm currently Gold 1 and 50 rr. Send tips please also it's solo queue so it's understandable.

Just got that yesterday playing some competitives with some friends. I fell of the map with omen's ult and got 900k dmg to myself because I fell of the map . https://imgur.com/a/iMTVReh
