In the oce region immortal+ is filled with cheaters nearly every game. What is this anti cheat system? No one can play ranked atm in immortal because it’s just cheater infested. Riot get rid of these garbage humans.

I think Duelist are initiators and don't have to "pop off" top fragging to do their job and win for their team
