When your cypher uses his ultimate, the yellow outline shouldn’t appear if you can see the enemy. I missed a lot of shots/kills because cypher’s ultimate can be really distracting and it can be frustrating as well.

When I flick fast in Valorant, in game I am turning in a limited speed and even after I stop moving the mouse, it keeps going for a moment. No idea if it is a game setting or mouse one, maybe even from windows. Any fix ?
