CMV: Remakes should not require 4/4 votes

I don't see why everyone should want a remake. If you're playing a 4v5 since pistol then it should be an automatic remake if someone wants it. I had a game where a player refused to remake and we were stuck playing 4v5 the entire game. Why is it set up this way?
