has anyone getting super low fps after the update? i am geting like 90fps and getting 3-4fps if someone peaks before i was getting 120fps constant or is it just my pc?

I’m silver 1 and I’ve spent $72 AUD. I see so many pros and higher elo players with hundreds of dollars of skins but are there truely any high elo players without skins?
