Match Accept or Ready Up Button
This game NEEDS a Match Accept button similar to csgo or league or a ready up button similar to apex. There has been far too many times where my friends afk for a small bit or are just not ready yet and miss character select. Or situations...

Would anyone else like to be able to equip skins on an agent-to-agent basis?
It'd definitely incentivize having more than 1 of every skin and unlocking all the variants- like the Magepunk knife has different colors that go really well with different agents but most of the time I won't know who I'm going to play ahea...
