I know the basics of mmr, but i have a question. Lets say my rank is gold and my mmr is abt diamond. Do i get queued w diamonds or ppl with the same mmr as me?

Rito says the night market is coming out Dec 7th, so today in New Zealand. But, does it get released at one time globally (so Dec 7th for USA but Dec 8th for New Zealand), or is it released based on your local time?
