Hey guys! I've been seeing a lot of people in the community asking Riot for an honor system in Valorant. As a long-time solo queuer, I think it would be a really good start by Riot to hopefully combat toxicity in games and encourage teamplay. I had some free time in the past few days, so I created my own version of what the honor system could look like, borrowing a few ideas from other games (LoL, CS:GO, Overwatch) and adding some of my own, detailed below. Would really love some thoughts and feedback!
Post-match Honor Screen
- Select up to 3 teammates to give unique honors to after a match

Honor Levels & History
- Level up your Honor and unlock rewards
- Have a history of great teammates from previous games
- Invite teammates who honored you/you honored into your next games

Loading Screen Honor Display
- Display honor received from the previous game next to player banners in match loading screen
- Gives players a sense of confidence about their teammates going into the match

Edit: Wow! Thanks for all the kind words and feedback guys. I notice some comments saying how the honor system doesn't do much in other games, and I think that's only partially true. A lot of the times when a new feature gets released it does its job really well, but over time it will do its job less effectively because people will find ways to abuse it. To have a strong system the dev team should continue to monitor and update the system in response to player behavior. But for Valorant, a rudimentary one would be a terrific start!

How many of you guys have multiple Val friends who you knew before playing Valorant that have the same IGNs as Valorant agents?
