Chamber Q shots not hitting? Chamber's q looks like it has no recoil and sheriff has recoil, but the q shots are hitting less compared to sheriff even tho it has more recoil? Thoughts?

Cypher needs a buff, and here is the changes I would make.
P.S. sorry my english may not be that great.
Cypher is my favourite Sentinel but it's more or less the weakest agent in the game. I feel it needs a buff and here are some ideas.
