The patch notes are extremely broad and I don’t understand what “Rank distribution has been updated to make it easier to climb out of the lower ranks” mean?

If you strugillin with frame drops and your laptop is 1+year old - clean the dust - buy a cooling pad (2-3 C save) - apply a fresh thermal paste (My temps went 20 C down) Now running smooth as butter locked on 144
