Counterstrafing speed

When it comes to counterstrafing, I feel like I lag behind in terms of how fast my momentum comes to a stop, is there a way I can make my counterstafe ability faster?

How to get used to aiming at the head?

I’m really sued to burst firing/ spraying sometimes at their body but I want to learn how to headshot how can I do this, also what is the best crosshair to use for getting headshots?
