When it comes to counterstrafing, I feel like I lag behind in terms of how fast my momentum comes to a stop, is there a way I can make my counterstafe ability faster?

Guiding Light (bird): 60 hp, 2 Vandal shots
Trailblazer (tiger): 100 hp, 3 Vandal shots
Seekers (Ultimate): 150 hp, 4 Vandal shots
