Create a better system for map selection.

I have played 5 matches tonight, and 4 of them were on Bind. There is nothing that will make players burn out faster than playing the same map over and over again, especially in succession. Please make a better system...

If you were in charge of buffing Cypher or reworking him, what would you change/modify?

I've been playing Cypher for about 2 episodes now, and I noticed his utility isn't very strong. So I'm wondering what people would change about him.
