Today I learned I am playing deathmatch with gold - ascendant, I'm bronze 3... How bad does my gamesense need to be if my aim is at this level?

I mvped won 13-8 and went 26/16/8 and gained 21 rr but a few games ago I lost 13-10 going 12/14/7 and lost 22 rr. It feel like I should have gotten more for my wins and less for my losses, why is this?
