The current VALORANT rank distribution in Episode 4 (as of February 2022) has 31.7% of players stuck in Bronze, while less than 11% of players have achieved a higher rank than Gold. The full VALORANT rank distribution is as follows:
Iron: 13.2%
Bronze: 31.7%
Silver: 29.9%
Gold: 14.1%
Platinum: 6.3%
Diamond: 3.5%
Immortal: 0.7%
Radiant: 0.02%

This is seriously stupid. Of course, not as stupid as the game not having a "confirm match" screen (Someone in your lobby was afk? shame on you, you gotta waste 90 seconds + more if they were with you)...
This means we can't ever get back...

Most meta agent that doesn't require lineups to reach full potential?
In general, what (Non-Duelist) agent is the most useful for a team to have that doesn't require line ups to reach their full potential? Lines ups are of course not required, but it is a part of using their utility to its fullest.
