Do you think a Cypher buff will happen soon?

I feel like cypher is in a pretty bad spot, as someone who used to only play cypher, I only ever find cypher viable on acent. He isnt used in pro play, and I never see him in my comp games (not sure about other ranks)

If a buff were to happen, what do you think some good changes would be?
