Context:
So I have pretty much been hardstuck in every single rank, and each time I feel like I wont get anywhere, I quit the game for a few days, weeks even a couple of months. Whenever I came back though, I always seem to rank up. First I was hardstuck Bronze, but that was due to it being my first FPS on PC ever, and took some time getting used to. At the time though I was mainly playing League, so I never focused it. Soon started playing Valorant instead.

After some time I went from Bronze to Silver quite quickly, as all I needed to do to achieve Silver was understanding the game. Simple. Then came Gold, where things required more and more skill as you progressed. High Silver was easy to get out of, but then I remained hardstuck Gold for AGES, probably 6-8months at most, many times I quit. Came back and hit Plat, after realising I needed to practice many mechanics, callouts, comms, and just overall gamesense.

Question:

Now obviously stuck at Diamond 3, I want to know how I can improve to achieve the Ascendant rank? I have almost peaked Ascendant 7 times in the current and previous act, but failed to do so. Advice on what to look out for?
