Cypher has fallen out of meta in favor of the other sentinels especially Chamber. Cypher could use a little love to make him a more attractive pick.

1. Cypher cam can break utility. You can shoot trips, gadgets, etc. with Cypher cam. This would be an interesting buff where Cypher can clear angles of traps that would normally be hard to access.

2. Cypher ult should have a longer distance to activate. No more should we hear "G-g-g-give me a corpse".

3. Cypher cam can be recalled by holding his cam button like Killjoy turret.
