Cypher buff idea: ult without a dead body

A simple buff would be the ability to use your ult without needing a dead body. I think it would be super helpful if you could see where everyone was at the start of the round for example. Wouldn't need to change much and it makes it a lot stronger

Ace, or just 5k?

Question: Do you still get an ace if you killed 5 players but the enemy team sage reses a player, but you didn't get the 6k?

Similar agents to Gridlock?

I come from Siege, and I was always the smoker/area denier and I played Aruni on defense. I'm looking from an agent that fills that kind of area denial/smoking capabilities.
