With people discussing changing Cypher and how to adjust his kit. I think the easiest and simplest way to make him better without breaking his kit would be to improve his ult.
My recommendations is when his ult goes off it gives everyone a dart similar to his cypher cam.
If this is too strong, just have his ult reveal everyone for 3 ticks similar to Sova drone.

It just baffles me how a major chunk of the playerbase in Valorant is against Ares and Odin
It's a bit like how they treat the Scar as a gay gun in Csgo, but okay I'll accept Odin to be overpowering. It's a gun in the game, any player has every right to be using an Odin, cuz well if you have an issue with Odin, then write to Valor...
