Cypher worth it?

Personally I flout around gold and I was a cypher main who knew everything that was needed to know about cypher. After the update I’ve only played him once on split but I’ve otherwise switched to omen.

Valorant Radio Commands Mute

Is there a way to mute the radio commands the agents say like "I need aid", "Hello" etc. Even just a way to make it text only would be good. People trolling keep spamming them and it's hard to hear. Thanks
