Hopefully this isn't a repeated question, but I've seen a lot of info out there saying any gun skin can come back to the daily shop at any day. I'm relatively new to Valorant (joined at the beginning of January), so I'm wondering if the Spectrum Phantom skin specifically is in the rotation for the daily store (since it's kinda my dream skin)? Also, in general, if any, what gun skins/bundles are not in rotation? Does it change each "season"? I've looked it up both here and on Google, but there doesn't seem to be any answers. Thank you <3

Be able to lower or increase the volume of weapons
I often have a hard time concentrating or hearing certain sounds while I shoot an enemy because the sound of some skins are noisy like for example the basic skin of the vandal.
