Was watching Shazam and some guy had this dark blue color? He even asked him how to get it and he said he wouldn't tell him? Does anyone know how to get this?

Raze BoomBot Explodes on Spike

Anyone else having this problem since the new update?
My frames are dropping like crazy, Sometimes my fps goes to 1 then jump back to 100.
PC specs are:
Ryzen 5 3400g (Integrated)
16gb Memory
500gb ssd
stock cooler
