Hi everyone!

If anyone plays across European servers, there's a chance you came across people between 120 and 200 ping. Of course, there's not a high chance it was a south african, but most of the lobbies I play and face someone between that ping range is South African.

There is a lot of us, and I understand it would be difficult to implement these systems based on the ranting of one person. Which is why I'm making a daily post so that South African's who visit the subreddit can read and become aware, hopefully commenting and upvoting so this gains some traction.

Even if Riot responds with negative feedback, at least it's a response and we tried.
