Why is bullet tagging a flat percentage? There is no reason that I should be as slowed when shot by a Classic than with an Odin.
Also, I feel like this slowing affect contributes to the run-and-gun problem. The amount of times where someone strafes me, I tag them, then miraculously they pop a headshot while moving is ridiculous. Sure, I missed the headshot, but the person is literally still moving, but is accurate.
Weapon tagging slows an enemy down enough where they enter a forgivingly accurate deadzone. It's ridiculous and makes the gunplay feel floaty, while not punishing bad movement. It's partly why I feel, also, that the Phantom is better than the Vandal.
What do y'all think?
