Sometimes, when I play, I feel energizes and my decision making feels snappy. But then other times, I feel like a fog rolled in and I feel like I'm playing in slow motion (in a bad way). I ask myself what I should do next and my brain just responds with a half hearted shrug.
I also feel mechanically sluggish: my reaction time is slow and my aim is floaty. It feels like I'm half asleep; my gameplay just lacks any sort of energy or enthusiasm. I get into this mood very frequently and it's very clear when it's happening. It's like that feeling where you can never remember the right word that you're looking for and you lose your train of thought so you just start talking less.
I get plenty of sleep and I eat well. I also exercise regularly. It's not like I'm playing too much because I maybe play about 5 or 6 games a week. It definitely feels different than a slump.
Does anyone else experience this as well? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I am NOT having a good time in this game. Jumped into DM to learn the mechanics but I'm not getting it. At all. Some tips would be well appreciated!
