We can all agree that omen is the most underrated and weak controller as of now (that is if its played by a new/less experienced player.) He seriously needs a buff. Comment me your suggestions on how you could buff omen and make it a balanced agent to play :D
Here are my suggestions:
- Shrouded Step: Increase range and maybe lower the sound for the teleport.
- Paranoia: Increase the length and width of the flash, maybe make it like Skye's flash or lower the visibility. Another viable option is to increase the duration of the flash from 2.2 seconds to 3 seconds.
- Dark Cover: I think omen smokes are the best in the game, but unlike many controllers like Astra, who can smoke twice and a short smoke when she takes her stars back, or brim, who has 3 smokes, omen smokes are not that nice. My 2 suggestions will be to either make the smokes opaque like Jett smokes, or brim smokes. Or make the smoke amount to 3 instead of 2
- From the Shadows: The only suggestion I can think of for this ability is to COMPLETELY remove the ultimate sound, but to not make it too overpowered, omen takes 10 seconds, rather than the current 8 seconds. It's a huge gamble but it increases what omen was made for, which is lurking and striking "from the shadows."
A few more suggestions i can give and i like is linked in this post:
If any omen mains are reading this, please leave your reviews and suggestions in the comments :D
EDIT: I forgot to put this in the 1st time, but another suggestion I have is called "Shadow Step" It's a cool ability that could be bought for around 300 credits. When enabled, omen will be able to walk without giving any footsteps at all for 20 seconds. It fits with the omen vibe and his lurky personality. I get that it would be hard for riot to add a new ability and keep things balanced, but this ability feels like a viable option :D
