I have this weird problem where I can consistently run into a deathmatch and win one taps only with about 40-20 k/d but the second I play a real match suddenly my aim is garbage. It’s not bad game sense either I just whiff easy shots for some reason. Is this all in my head or is there something to this?

Micro stutters?
Is anyone having an issue with micro stuttering after these latest patches? It’s not my internet, or me running anything in the background. The game will just freeze every 5 seconds. Graphics card drivers are up to date as well.
