Add a deathmatch map. These maps are not designed for random spawn duels. They are designed for bomb site plants and retakes with abilities. Fix the respawn algorithm, too often you're getting shot in the back or side while 1v1 another player. Fix the radar or take it out entirely. Decrease the number of players in a map. Do something with it..
