I would like to see a cue on the map, when someone spawns close to me.

How often I have been killed from behind, having to 180 because someone just spawned a second ago amd I didn't know.

I have to add, that I sometimes play without gamesound. To improve accessibility they should add a cue to the map not only an audio cue.

Additionally I would like to have some sort of "sense", a heartbeat of some kind, to know when you are about to see someone or are about to be seen. This would improve the duels very much because you could actually train having a planned encounter with someone like it's happening in normal ranked, when you are about to enter a site.

Let me know what you think and let's maybe improve this suggestion in case riot sees this.
