I specialize in neon (ha) art style (or so I like to think) and have been burnt out with my current style. Decided to do a one-layer draft of a new neon style, and who else better to be my test subject but Neon herself?
Didn't turn out how I wanted, but I did like the end result nonetheless!

Timeouts concept
There should be a tactical timeout like it is in csgo and other games. sometimes you need to go to toilet and I think the timeout should be 1 min and every team should have 1 timeout per half.
