I duo queued and the map came then we selected the agent then the screen got stuck both of ours even the enemy's was stuck to we can talk and all but cant fo any things and suddenly i got deranked wow it took me 1week to rank up and. Now suddenly i dont even know how i deranked

End of Season Derank is Disproportional for Each Rank.
I understand Riot's intention of deranking people. I understand the justification that the playerbase as a whole gets more skilled over time. But this doesn't mean everyone should be deranked eight entire ranks.
