I'm a Diamond 3 this act but I'm always bottom fragging, I usually have good aim in deathmatch etc, but when I'm in RG my aim sucks and I'm kinda nervous

Competitive Penalty
I just finally got level 20 and i was really excited to play competitive but when i tried to queue for a match it said i had to wait 99 days?? But I've never played a match of competitive so ive never gone afk in it so why do i have to wait...

Movespeed Buff to Brimstone's Stim Beacon, similar but weaker than Spike Rush's Hyper Speed Buff equivalent.
