Should the Surrender (/ff) option have a cooldown for players that frequently use it wastefully?
I've noticed a trend where the Surrender option (/ff) is started as soon as it's available because the game doesn't look like its going well for one team early on. Almost as a "gg, go next." option to some players. I think the reason this...
