Did they nerf the Omen paranoia or is this a bug?

Hello.

I didn't see it in the patch notes, I probably missed it, but as you all know the Omen paranoia used to block sound, now it doesn't, you can clearly hear everything that is going on even if you're flashed from his paranoia.

Was the paranoia nerfed or is this a bug?

Shouldn't Breach Ult Give Assists?

Just feels odd that I can knock up and concuss an entire site of players and get no credit, but if opponents run through my smoke or get Kay/o suppressed, well of course you get an assist!
