The new patch has finally arrived a day or two ago, and while it did not contain the "big" episode 3 stuff (which is coming next patch), it did take an extra 2 weeks to release. Afaik, this was "the" patch that was supposed to stabilize the game, modernize the engine and increase performance.
Now that we've had a chance to try it out, what do you think? Has it accomplished that? What are everyone's impressions on the new patch in terms of that stated goal?
My own humble impression: it did not go nearly as far as I had hoped.

The new episode just made the game unplayable for people like me.
i have a really low spec laptop that used to run valorant, before the update, at just 60 fps. It was difficult, and i wish i could afford something better, but i cant.
I just played my first game in the new episode and my fps basically...
