Has anyone experienced certain players that move in buy phase and afk when round starts and repeat the same pattern until the end? i've gotten 2 different players in a 1-2 day time span that done that in Immortal 2/3 lobbies, one felt like...

Are there any guides or advice on what to do when the enemy puts down proper smokes? And advice especially for when you're in the trenches and don't have good team coordination.
