I've been playing on a 144hz monitor ever since I started playing this game, however I now need to downgrade to a 60hz monitor. Will it make a huge difference?

Questions about SKINS
Started playing VALORANT this week. Love the game. Skins are a bit confusing and tried googling and I think I got most of it.
1. What is the difference in quality/animations in the different price tiers? Is there a post explaining this?...
