As stated in multiple other threads, the amount of abilities is changing the fundamentals of this game and making it a complete different one. I believe most "type" of abilities is already met; smokes, initiating tools, healing, info gathering, traps etc. With any new agent it seems like we get a new type which again, turns this game on his axes.
So... rather than introducing more agents, how about reworking the ones who are falling off before releasing others?

At the tip of an inflamatory commentary with 0% consistency behind the call-out (no gameplay analysis from that teammate) is instant mute and no need to say that you muted X player. Just do it. It's a healthy behaviour.
