i need help. Whenever i go into a match i spend about a minute on a loading screen then get kicked out and get a penalty. On the rare occasion i do get in i am on the agent select screen but with no agents. What do i do?

Velocity Karambit
Am I the only one who thinks velocity karambit is the best battle pass knife after ruin dagger. This shit feels so cool in the hand. Better than expensive green screen dual knives with the same repetitive old animation.
