Just lost a game cause one of my teammates "needed iron" and threw the game. wasn't even the only match I played today with someone that throws. Any way to combat this?

After countless reports it's the first time someone actually got banned except for me. Guys spamming nwords and not getting banned meanwhile i say one f word or insult the person yelling at me and get insta 7 day ban... Riot and their repor...
