If so, did you ever think it helped you?
I did it back in time and played aimlabs, death match and in the past months I always went into range and didn't q for ranked until I hit around 16 hard bots. Now I stopped doing it because I just wanted to play and not practise. And it was quite a downer, since I didn't play any worse than before and now I'm asking myself if it ever helped me to practise before q

The only issue with matchmaking is that Riot acts as if Valorant is a bad game and they need incentives to keep people playing.
