When I play I sometimes lift my mouse a reposition it on the surface to fix my aim again or usually after I get killed. I also find that I can't do a complete 180 turn without lifting my mouse up. Is this something to fix? Should I adjust sensitivity?

How big of a difference will I get if I upgrade my monitor from 60hz to 144hz+?
I have no experience playing on a good monitor whatsoever. What is your experience with this (upgrading your monitor)?
