When enemies line up and you shoot one guy through another, are you gonna do more damage with an ares than a phantom due to higher pen? As far as I've noticed, bullets that go through agents don't get any damage reduction at all, but I'm not sure if that's really true.

How do you learn to play "correctly" at low ranks, when the games are so unpredictable and crazy?
