A single ult point, light shields on pistol and some extra money simply doesn't cut it.

On bigger maps like Breeze or Icebox, its almost impossible to win a 4 v 5 if they dc in the middle of the game.

There's pretty much no RR compensation and team morale will be in the gutter. Riot should give a bigger incentive to play out the game. Everyone getting an extra ult point will definitely help imo.
