Do I play really bad?

I am bronze 3 and been stuck since last 3 acts. I need some tips on how to improve. I generally fill on the maps I am not good at but I generally play viper, jett. I am attaching the tracker.gg link as reference for you guys.

Valorant Devs vs Pro teams now??

How do you guys think the valorant devs would do against current pro teams as opposed to the streamers they played back in 2020? wouldn't mind seeing that happen again.
